I haven't had much time as of late to keep up with my cards much less my commenting on galleries; but, I promise I will get to the commenting as soon as I can.
I saw these cute little Jolee's penguins while at Michael's and couldn't resist them. To make the sparkly b/g circles, I used versamark, heat & stick powder and sprinkled them with iridescent ice.
I added the cute little penguins to each circle and a scallop circle b/hind them along with a piece of sparkly ribbon. For the icicles on top of the card, I drizzled some crystal effects on wax paper, sprinkled with dazzling diamonds, waiting several hours for them to dry, then pealed them off the wax paper and adhered to the card.
I used swiss dots ef for the bottom panel, some cute coordinating pom poms and a rub on sentiment.
I think that about does it. Thanks so much for taking a peek!

Pam,
Your little penguins are just too cute (big smile)! I love your card and the awesome icicles at the top. The technique you used turned out wonderful!

This is adorable. The icicles look great - thanks for explaining how you did them. These penguins are so cute (my son loves penguins - he'd love these). Love those sparkly circles and the addition of the pom poms is perfect.

I can see Pam why you could resist these Penguins. They are just so cute frolicking in the snow on your card. Ever since I saw the movie "Happy Feet" last year with my DH-I have a soft spot in my heart for Penguins-they just make me smile. I love how you showcased them in the circles. Just beautiful
